    Event Description:
Join the WyCCC for our 4th Annual “After Hours” river paddle with Endless Mountain Outfitters (EMO) and Friends of Howland Preserve, Inc. (FoH) Friday, June 29, 2018. https://www.howlandpreserve.com/gallery.html

We will be kayaking from the Howland Preserve to Riverside Park in Tunkhannock. There will be drinks and appetizers in the barn before heading down river.

    The logistics are as follows:

Meet at Riverside Park, Tunkhannock from 4:30pm -5:00pm. EMO's vans will shuttle up to Howland. Room on the shuttle will be limited and we may need to stagger some to an after paddle shuttle. The last shuttle will leave Riverside Park at 5:30.

If you are bringing your own kayak, it will be easier if you drop it off first at Howland (Vosburg Neck Rd) then drive to Riverside for a shuttle ride back to Howland. We can take a limited number of kayaks on our trailers from Riverside to Howland Preserve with prior reservation. Please note in your reservation if you have your own kayak.

The first kayak per member business is $10 and the additional kayaks will be a $30 fee that will be donated to the Friends of Howland Preserve. People bringing their own kayaks can make a donation also to the Friends of Howland Preserve, Inc.  (tax deductible)

Proper sizing of the kayaks and PFD’s is important. EMO will need to know estimated paddlers under 100#s, 100 to 180#, 180 to 250# and over 250#.
